Q: What is your return policy?

A: All items are made to order. I am unable to accept returns except in the case of an error or damage on my end.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: I am a one person business and try to get started on orders as soon as possible. Because I may not see your request before beginning work on your order, I do not accept cancellations.
