Q: How is my order shipped?

A: I ship all order by USPS. I offer first class and priority shipping options. Please keep in mind that estimated shipping times are for shipping only and do not apply to current production times.


Q: I entered the wrong address at checkout and my order was returned to you. What do I do?

A: Please check and double check all order information prior to submitting your order. I am not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Any returned orders will be subject to re-shipping fees. 


Q: My tracking information isn't updating. Can you help?

A: Please be patient with tracking updates. I have the same information as you and have found that tracking is not always accurate. Occasionally a package will arrive without tracking ever updating.
